All Avinee pieces are crafted with 925 Sterling Silver, often plated with 18k Gold, Rose Gold, or Rhodium for added elegance and durability.

2. Is your jewellery real silver?

Yes. We only use authentic 925 Sterling Silver, stamped and tested for purity.

3. Will the gold plating fade?

With proper care, Avinee jewellery retains its shine for a long time. Since gold plating is delicate, we recommend avoiding perfumes, lotions, and water contact to extend its life.

4. Is your jewellery skin-friendly?

Absolutely! Our jewellery is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, making it safe for sensitive skin.

5. How do I care for my jewellery?

  • Store in a soft pouch or box
  • Keep away from moisture and chemicals
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth after use

6. Do you offer customization or personalization?

Currently, we offer curated designs, but we are working towards custom options soon. Stay tuned!

7. Can I wear Avinee jewellery daily?

Yes ✨ Our designs are lightweight and durable, perfect for everyday wear as well as special occasions.

8. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select your favourite pieces, and click β€œAdd to Cart”. Follow the checkout process to complete your order.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

10. How long will delivery take?

Orders are usually shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery time may vary based on your location.

11. What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the jewellery is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags intact. However, any return/exchange request has to be made within 48 hours by emailing us at houseofavinee@gmail.com. You are requested to make an unboxing video and share the same at the time of delivery for us to ascertain the authenticity of the claims/damages being made.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within India. International shipping will be available soon.
