At Avinee, every order is packed with care and love — because we know it’s more than jewellery, it’s a part of your story.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping timelines, fees, and delivery process.
✨ Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after your payment and delivery details are confirmed.
- For pre-order or made-to-order items, the estimated dispatch date will be mentioned at checkout.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your parcel’s journey.
📦 Domestic (India) Shipping
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹2000.
- A small ₹99 fee applies to orders below that amount.
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch (depending on your location).
- Express Delivery is available in select cities (₹50 extra) — typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
🌍 International Shipping
- We don't ship to international locations yet. But if you do want a shipment, please reach out to us at houseofavinee@gmail.com
🔍 Tracking & Delivery Updates
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.
- If your delivery seems delayed, please contact us at houseofavinee@gmail.com with your order number — we’ll be happy to assist.
🏠 Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct when placing the order.
- Once the order is dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes.
- Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipping charges.
⏰ Shipping Delays
- While we strive for on-time delivery, unexpected courier or customs delays can occur — especially during holidays or sale periods.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (India), please contact us so we can investigate.
💔 Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please email us within 24 hours of the delivery/estimated delivery date.
- Include your order number, tracking ID, and photos/ videos so we can investigate with the courier.
- Depending on the outcome, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
